The prince of Persia waved his sword As the Angelic being brought forth the word The grace was plenty the power abounding But the voice of authority was more resounding He would have pushed through without a bout But he couldn't resist cause he wasn't as stout This occurred for days and the word was stayed Then came Michael for Daniel had prayed He broke the prevailing power his was more Released the mighty shower and the awesome law Let him who calls have his call sustained For Angels are at war and Never in vain O Angels of glory rule and authority The ones God gave this world's sovereignty They control the wind and the sky For until the sons Arise creation will die Ministers to the heirs servants and their friends Bringer of their cares and their escorts at the end Each time you dream deep in your sleep When your heart rests and goes on the trip Within regions of life Among strange faces Recognize they are there garbed in their dresses That is why a dream will sure come to pass For the hands of Angels delivered it in mass Sardius There once was a friend was known His eyes were golden his face not shown Beneath this mystery was a mask of faith One which you will mistakenly love to hate He was there when they said he wasn't Many lost hope losing by the dozen He was their mediator if only they saw Hoping for Generations, they were blinded by the law Bilwierded and confused their insides began to burn So one by one they took their turns Trying to find out if this man was God He spoke to them great words in code Called them vipers blind men of old They became furious ablaze with glee He thwarted all their plots and made them flee The one they longed for from Ages past The one they lived for as though out casts They decided, doing for themselves what he did for them The got into a twist not knowing how to claim They continued to struggle caught in an endless battle Between them and their selves in an endless hustle Run with the hare To live in the world where Immortals dwell To breathe in the breeze in which Angels sail To speak the truth in conversation with spirits Those of just men made perfect with eternal purity Behold a new world as tangible as the word and rejoice over the victory of the sons of God For it will have been executed forever like lightening The judgment that was ordained right from the begining His glory shall be revealed through the glaring heavens And every mountain and sacred height become a lair of ravens However the soul of the saints shall shine like stars Now the time to repent now departs like hares With the kind of speed that puts fear in a heart The danger of regret that is bathed with tears THE SORROW OF SEPARATION FROM THE LIFE OF THE HIGHEST The land of my dreams the place of the mighty To sing glory glory from eternity to eternity As an expression of amazement from the father's beauty For the light will shine from one spectrum to another Revealing forever what my mind will never have considered SARDIUS Make every soul to know The end of time is come The day of songs from home Open a heart with a glow Make every soul to know That time flies from age to age And we are always sure of change If you have a life that you love Drop it all and look up above The tide is about to turn And every soul about to learn Through the things that are seen To be revealed and have been They are enough to teach the soul and the heart That God's sovereignty is a fact This should compel the mind of man Make him upright and have a plan To be among those who will live forever And dwell in eternity with Jehovah To say amen to the father To pray always for one another The times are here already with fear Those from there say to stay clear Who have seen the souls of the dead And know how desperately they long for bread For the creation will not rest Neither will a seed cease to give birth Until the time when darkness Will no longer express awareness And the blackness and appetite of sheol Is forever quenched like water on coal! AMEN SARDIUS Have you ever watched kids On a merry-go-round? Or listened to the rain Slapping on the ground? Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight? Or gazed at the sun into the fading night? You better slow down. Don't dance so fast. Time is short. The music won't last. Do you run through each day On the fly? When you ask How are you? Do you hear the reply? When the day is done Do you lie in your bed With the next hundred chores Running through your head? You'd better slow down Don't dance so fast. Time is short. The music won't last. Ever told your child, We'll do it tomorrow? And in your haste, Not see his sorrow? Ever lost touch, Let a good friendship die Cause you never had time To call and say,"hi" You'd better slow down. Don't dance so fast. Time is short. The music won't last. When you run so fast to get somewhere You miss half the fun of getting there. When you worry and hurry through your day, It is like an unopened gift.... Thrown away. Life is not a race. Do take it slower Hear the music Before the song is over.
